MAX JELLE

Representative

My name is Max Jelle, and I serve as an Investment Advisor Representative at Salus FA. I grew up in Minnesota, where I spent much of my time playing sports and being with family. I had a close relationship with my grandparents, and both of my grandfathers’ military service inspired me to join the Air Force. Meanwhile, my Grandma Shirlee instilled in me the value of community service and selfless devotion to family. From an early age, I knew my purpose was to help others.

In 2012, I enlisted in the Air Force, starting my career in Minneapolis. Four years later, in 2016, I transferred to Colorado Springs, CO. Over my 11 years of service, the highlight of my time was serving as a Senior Noncommissioned Officer, where I was responsible for training and mentoring junior military members. A crucial part of my training approach included teaching financial literacy. In 2017, I met Rick Schultenover, who became a mentor and helped guide my exit from the military to a career as a financial advisor. In 2022, I left the Air Force and embarked on my journey as an advisor.

As an investment advisor representative at Salus FA, I have the unique opportunity to support all client operations while developing my client relationships. I collaborate with my clients, focusing on education, transparency, and accountability to help them achieve their financial goals. At Salus, we pride ourselves on working together to support both our clients and each other.
